How to Schedule an Appointment

Office Hours are Monday through Friday by appointment. You can schedule an appointment with our therapists by calling Tina L Baum Physical Therapy at 702-877-2000. You may speak with the office staff or leave a voice mail message and someone will return your call promptly. Please have your referral from your physician and your insurance card ready.
