Tina L. Baum, PT, ATC, CLT
Tina L. Baum, PT, ATC, CLT

Tina Baum graduated from South Dakota State University in 1993 with a Bachelor's Degree in Athletic Training. While attending SDSU she earned 7 NCAA Division II All-American titles in Track and Field. She has also been inducted into the SDSU Athletic Hall of Fame and her High School Hall of Fame for her career achievements as a high jumper, sprinter and heptathlete. Tina graduated in 1997 from Midwestern University (formerly known as the Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine) with a Masters Degree in Physical Therapy. She attended the Academy of Lymphatic Studies in Sebastian, Florida in 2002 to evaluate and treat lymphedema. Tina moved to Las Vegas in 1998 where she worked for a local physical therapy clinic. She opened Tina L. Baum Physical Therapy in 2001.

Tina has attended numerous lectures, conferences and continuing education courses both in the Physical Therapy and the Medical fields to learn how to evaluate and treat chronic pelvic pain and pelvic floor dysfunction. She belongs to numerous organizations that support the education and awareness of the services that she provides. A reference list is provided in the lobby for review.

Tina enjoys motorcycle riding, hiking, four wheeling, scuba diving, bicycling, running, snow skiing, cooking, gardening, hunting, traveling, camping, photography and spending time with family and friends.
Stephanie Turner, PTA
Stephanie Turner, PTA

Stephanie Turner has worked for Tina L. Baum Physical Therapy since February 2006. She graduated in 1996 from the Community College of Southern Nevada (CCSN) Physical Therapy Assistant Program. Stephanie has a wide variety of work experience that includes outpatient orthopedic, in-patient skilled nursing facility, outpatient Medicare-geriatrics, cardiac rehab, and post stroke rehab. Since joining Tina L. Baum Physical Therapy she has developed the core stability program. Stephanie enjoys water and snow skiing, swimming, scuba diving, boating, biking, traveling, hanging with family, friends and the family pet, Daisy.
Lindsay McGinn, DPT
Lindsay McGinn, DPT

Lindsay McGinn joined Tina L. Baum Physical Therapy as a Physical Therapist in June of 2010. She has previously worked in the clinic for a physical therapy clinical rotation and as physical therapy technician. Lindsay graduated in 2010 from the University of Nevada Las Vegas with a Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy. She earned a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology from the University of Nevada at Las Vegas in 2006. Lindsay enjoys spending time with family and friends, exercising, traveling, going to the movies and reading.

Sean Donnelly, Office Manager
Sean Donnelly

Sean Donnelly has worked for Tina L. Baum Physical Therapy since 2006. He spent 25 years serving the Las Vegas Valley as a Lieutenant for the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department. He retired in 2007. Sean has a Criminal Justice degree from the College of Southern Nevada and is a graduate of the Northwestern University of Police Studies. He assists his wife, Tina, with managing the business.
Maria Ledesma
Maria Ledesma

Maria Ledesma has worked for Tina L. Baum Physical Therapy since September of 2008. She has worked in the physical therapy field for 7 years. Maria Graduated from Loma Linda University in 2003 with a degree as a Physical Therapy Assistant. Currently, she is in charge of the front office which is responsible for the scheduling of patients, maintenance of charts and verifying insurance benefits. Maria is bilingual in Spanish. She enjoys reading, shopping and her family.

Teresa Turner
Teresa Turner

Teresa Turner has worked for Tina L. Baum Physical Therapy since August of 2003. She has been a Physical Therapy Technician in Las Vegas for the past 16 years. Teresa attended a Lymphedema Certification Course in 2005 from the Academy of Lymphatic Studies (ACOLS) in Sebastian, Florida. She enjoys boating, hiking and snow skiing.
Brooke Bonovitch
Brooke Bonovitch

Brooke Bonovitch has worked for Tina L. Baum Physical Therapy since May of 2009. She has been working in the physical therapy field for the past 13 years. Brooke earned a Bachelor's Degree in Exercise and Sports Science in 1998 from Ursinus College located in Collegeville, PA. She went on to further her career in 2000 by receiving a Massage Therapy license from the Great Lakes Institute of Technology, in Erie, PA. Brooke enjoys time with her family, hiking, outdoor activities and snow skiing.
